Czech potato dumplings with plums
With the approach of the New year still want to believe in miracles and do good deeds. The memory brings forth various positive aspects of life. For example, today I remembered the Czech Republic with its fabulous atmosphere. What is the Czech Republic without the dumplings, and if it is also a dessert?

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Semolina

    30 g

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Drain

    22 piece

  • Sugar

    22 tsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Brown sugar

Cooking

Boil potatoes in skins for 20 minutes. Drain, cool and clean. Mash into a puree.

Mix the flour with the semolina and a pinch of salt. Beat in an egg. Add all this into the potato mixture and knead elastic dough. Roll out the sausage and slice it into 20-22 pieces (depending on size of plums).

Plums wash, dry and remove the stones. I had frozen plums halves. Each sink instead of a stone to put on 1 piece of lump sugar or 1 teaspoon of sugar and combine.

Place the plums on the dough and stung.

So the dough doesn't stick to hands, sprinkle it with flour.

Dumplings boil in lightly salted water about 5 minutes, until they float.

In the frying pan butter and fry the breadcrumbs.

Roll them dumplings and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
