Puff pastry to thaw and roll out quite thinly.
Beat egg and spread it over the entire surface of the dough.
The entire surface of the dough sprinkle with sesame seeds to get enough heavy layer of sesame seeds. You can sprinkle raw sesame seeds (it will still bake), you can first fry it on a dry Teflon pan a few minutes with constant stirring. I'm doing raw and fried. Sesame layer is pressed to test - ride several times on it with a rolling pin.
Now cut the dough into figures, the most simple - diamonds, squares, stripes.
Shift the cookies on a baking sheet, oiled, or slightly wet cloth (it's like someone does at will - either way) and bake on the middle level at a medium temperature until Golden brown. For me, the process takes 10 minutes. Depending on the oven may be a little faster or a little longer. Bon appetit!
