Sometimes you want a very gentle light dessert. The best solution is a dessert cream. The custard is delicious by itself, but if you add white chocolate and lime - then it becomes a delightful independent dessert for a romantic dinner or in order to submit it to the Breakfast in bed to your loved one!

Cooking
Mix the egg with sugar, vanilla sugar, starch and a little milk (2-3 tbsp).
The rest of the milk mix with the cream and heat until boiling, pour in while stirring the egg mixture.
Intensive stirring to avoid lumps, cook the cream until thick, about 5 minutes.
White chocolate mangled to pieces, cream remove from heat and in hot cream while stirring enter chocolate.
In the cooled to room temperature, the cream, add the juice and zest of half a lime, stir.
Pour the cream in bowls, kremanka, jars and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Garnish with zest and a slice of lime and serve.
