Creme caramel from Hercules
Creme caramel from Hercules with baked apples and jam. A delicious dessert porridge. A great Breakfast or dinner. Recipe taken from Julia Vysotskaya with my changes.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Jam

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Apple

    0.5 piece

  • Butter

    30 g

Ingredients.

Flakes to fall asleep in a saucepan, pour the milk and put to boil. Season with salt, add 1 tsp sugar and cook until tender.

Apples clean from the skin and cut into small cubes. Put in the pan, add the oil and 1 tsp sugar. Cooks until tender. To remove and add the jam.

Porridge put in a ceramic mold. Put on top of the apples with jam. Sprinkle on top 1 tablespoon of sugar.

Put in the microwave or the oven under the grill for 5 min.
