I suggest you try another version of the old, well-known snacks with sprats in a lighter, in terms of caloric option. Snack will look great like on the holiday table and casual dining. And cooking it takes a few minutes.
In the bowl of a blender put sprats and a clove of garlic
Add cream cheese and pickled cucumber "6 acres."
Grind to a smooth homogeneous consistency.
Bread cut into slices, cut the crust from all sides. Spread the bread on one side with a thin layer of butter. Cut into small portioned pieces.
Fry the bread on a dry pan from both sides, until Golden brown.
Spread on toast sprat mass and served to the table. Due to the small amount of butter, the bread becomes crispy, but not greasy. Cottage cheese gives food lightness and creaminess and the pickled cucumber "6 acres" salty piquancy!
