Hello. In the recipes I found nothing, so don't scold me too harshly - this is my first recipe in General on any site))) I Learned this recipe from my grandmother a long time ago, when the summer in her garden ripened eggplants, we had them collected and cooked, and yesterday mother-in-law brought vegetables from the garden - I long thought, what to cook and remembered this recipe.

  • Sour cream

  • Eggplant
