Description
Hello. In the recipes I found nothing, so don't scold me too harshly - this is my first recipe in General on any site))) I Learned this recipe from my grandmother a long time ago, when the summer in her garden ripened eggplants, we had them collected and cooked, and yesterday mother-in-law brought vegetables from the garden - I long thought, what to cook and remembered this recipe.

Cooking
1. Wash and cut the eggplant slices with a thickness of 0.5 cm, sprinkle with Salt and leave in Cup until the eggplant let the juice. My grandmother said, went to the bitterness.
2. Wash and cut into slices tomatoes.
3. Peel the garlic and pass it through the press, then mix with sour cream (mayonnaise), salt may be added to taste.
4. Break the egg into a Cup, add salt, pepper and beat well. Dip each piece of eggplant in egg and fry in a pan with a little oil.
5. Now assemble "sandwiches". The slightly cooled eggplant spread sour cream and top off with a slice of tomato.
You can sprinkle with herbs. Bon appetit.
