Cooking
Make a spicy peanut butter. You can take and ready. But then the tsimes in spices. You bake the nuts in a pan on low heat without oil and let cool.
Peanut clean from the husk.
In a powerful blender put peeled nuts, cane sugar, cinnamon, and cardamom. Grind until then, until you get a paste. It can take up to 10-15 minutes. If necessary, you can add a little vegetable oil to bind.
Melt the butter over medium heat. Add the oatmeal and fry until Golden brown and nutty taste. Allow to cool slightly. (If you fry on a dry pan, the candy will be a little dry.) Optionally, the flakes can be crushed.
Mix 2 tbsp (heaped) peanut butter with honey and oatmeal. Roll into balls. If the balls are poorly molded, add a little honey. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Mix the cocoa with 1 tsp sugar. Roll in candy mixture.
