Vegetables washed. Cut small strips. Finely chop the greens. Spread in a deep bowl.
Tomato wash water. Cut it into pieces, put into blender. Add the garlic. Grind.
Put in a Cup of tomato-garlic bulk. Add the vegetable oil, sugar, pepper mix and soy sauce "Kikkoman". Stir. Add salt to taste, if necessary. The dressing is ready.
