Cooking
Radish RUB on a small grater.
Boiled potatoes cut into cubes.
To combine the daikon and potatoes. Add the grated garlic.
Boiled eggs cut into large pieces and add to salad. Mix well.
Add the chopped green onions. Mix well.
Add the olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Toss the salad and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Before serving the salad stir again. If oil not enough, add some more. Vegetable oil to take the taste.
