Prepare the yolk mass. The eggs hard boil. Wipe yolks through a sieve. Add the powdered sugar. Mix. Prepare pea mass. The peas cook until soft (3-5 minutes), a little sunflower water. Drain the water. Peas grind in a blender. Add the powdered sugar. Boil down over a slow fire (5 minutes).
