Many years ago the recipe appeared in our family and so fond, that has firmly taken root on our table. Being prepared is so simple and fast that will cope with it even novice and inexperienced cook. Potatoes can be eaten as a garnish, and as a separate dish, for lunch and dinner. Try to cook potatoes "family" - make sure it's delicious!

Cooking
The required ingredients.
Preservatives that can be added to the above. Or the ones that you like best, all individually.
Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into cubes of medium size.
Peel the onions, cut into cubes.
In advance, prepare the sauce for the filling. In a bowl put mayonnaise.
Add finely chopped garlic. Mix well.
Continue to give the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, horseradish, pepper to taste, if necessary salt. Stir it carefully.
Seasoning, which I added ground sweet paprika; a pinch of caraway seeds crushed in a mortar; a little ginger, ground; herbes de Provence; seasoning for potato dishes; ground fennel seeds. Stir, if the mayonnaise is thick, you can dilute a small amount of water. Place them on the time.
Proceed directly to the preparation of the potatoes: chopped onions fried in small amount of vegetable oil.
While fried onions, another well-heated pan with vegetable oil, spread chopped and drained potatoes and fry on maximum heat for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Then make in the middle of the hole where you put a piece of butter, fry for another 5 minutes.
Mix with fried onion and fry for 5 minutes.
Baking dish lightly grease with oil (quite a bit), put the potatoes. The oven turn on and heat to 180 - 200 degrees.
Previously prepared sauce pour potatoes. Pushing a spoon in several places, allow the mayonnaise to soak inside.
Bake in the oven until cooked. I have it took 5-7 minutes. Get the form, mix (optional), and put another couple of minutes off, but the hot oven.
Serve as a side dish for meat or fish
