Buckwheat porridge with nuts
Add the buckwheat nuts, sauteed with onions. They give the porridge a wonderful aroma! It is incredibly delicious! Cozy taste of fried onions mixed with the strong smell of nuts, combined with a delicious smell of buckwheat you will love this dish with a spoon!   • Buckwheat

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Walnuts

    75 g

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Begin to cook the buckwheat TM "Mistral" bags (to cook on slow heat for 20 minutes) in salted water

Onions clear and finely chop.

In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil. Put onion, fry it on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until Golden brown (7 minutes).

Chop the nuts and add them to the onion. Cook for another 8 minutes.

Put in a pan of porridge. Mix well. Cover with a lid. Warm buckwheat porridge with nuts on low heat for 2 minutes.
