Hearty and delicious snack for lunch or dinner with rice "amber" TM "Mistral" can bring to the table not only on the plate but in a jar. It is very convenient for meals at the cottage, as the dish can be prepared at home. Cooking recipe you will spend little time but get the best result. Cooking
For the preparation of snacks I took a pic of "amber" TM "Mistral" bags, cooking rice quick and convenient. Put the bags of rice in boiling water. Simmer for 30 minutes.
And so begin the work, we have 30 minutes to prepare ingredients: washed green onions and dill finely chop.
Cherry tomatoes wash and dry with paper towels. Cut into two halves.
Drain the liquid from the cheese (I have a pickled cheese"Sirtaki"), and cut the cheese in small cubes.
It took 30 minutes the rice is ready. Remove teabags and allow the water to drain. Cool rice to room temperature.
Serve a snack I'll be in small jars (capacity 0.5 l). At the bottom of the jars, put chopped green onion, and then canned tuna. Sprinkle with chopped dill.
Further spread layers in the following order: rice (carefully open the bag), sprinkle with chopped dill, now olives, pickled cheese, cherry tomatoes. For tomatoes I put the spinach on top and added cucumbers (cut small cubes).
Now prepare the sauce for filling snacks: I took the thermostat yogurt, added to taste salt and ground black pepper.
Refill the appetizer with the sauce and serve. Bon appetit!
