Rice
Another option tasty and healthy Breakfast during lent. For the contest "Fast from Moulinex".

Ingredients

  • Figure

    90 g

  • Water

    180 ml

  • Salt

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    20 g

  • Honey

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Pineapple

    2 piece

  • Cinnamon

  • Cranberry

  • Walnut oil

    1 tsp

Cooking

In boiling water put the rice, cocoa and a little salt. Cover with a lid. Cook until tender.

Nuts chop with a knife or using a food processor. Not small!

Pineapple (2 rings) cut into pieces.

To the rice add the honey, nuts, pineapple, little bit of cinnamon, walnut oil (or vegetable odourless). Mix well.

Decorate on the table! :-)
