Nut cake under the cap of meringue

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    500 g

  • Egg white

    4 piece

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Peanuts

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    100 g

Cooking

Sift the flour on a table or a Board and chop with margarine. Beat egg yolks with 100 g sugar. Mix crumbs with butter, shape into a ball, put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Nuts (I used half walnuts and peanuts) chopped.

Mix with 100 grams of sugar.

Roll the dough and put into a form, making bumpers. Pour on top of nuts, flatten. Beat the whites with sugar, put on the nuts and put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 50 minutes.
