Of bones! Wintered! Congratulations to all on the first day of spring! Albeit spring is just a calendar. Soon will come the warm days... the reflection in the mirror suggests that it is time to lay off the buns and go for light and low calorie meals. Very incidentally came across a journal with the telling title "to Eat and not get fat". In it I found this wonderful recipe that I want to share with the cooks. It's very simple and delicious, one serving contains 220 calories.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    800 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

The required ingredients. Wash, clean.

On the bottom of the pan pour the oil. Put chopped slices of potatoes. The second layer - beets, cut into wedges. Then onions, sliced rings.

Then the next layer is the carrot cubes and the pieces of fish. Each layer sprinkle with salt, pepper, add favorite spices. I like to add fish lemongrass. Repeat the layers in a random order, but the last layer should be potato.

Pour in a pan with a little water, cover and simmer until tender top layer of potatoes. Do not disturb!
