Crunchy dessert with apricots and blueberries

Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Honey

  • Oat flakes

    100 g

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Blueberries

    200 g

  • Apricot

    4 piece

  • Yogurt

    450 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

Melt butter. Sugar and 1 tbsp honey to mix. Add oats and almonds. Fry 2 minutes. Vystelit baking paper and spread weight. Bake in preheated oven 10 minutes, until browned. At 180°C. allow to Cool and coarsely chop with a knife or hands.
