Egg roll
A dish from our wedding trip. I think that for new year's table will be perfect!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Green onions

    1 sprig

  • Pork

    6 slice

Cooking

Eggs mix with finely chopped onions and soy sauce Kikkoman Beat with a fork

Pan greased with oil, Pour half the egg mixture roll it up Add the remnants of the egg mixture and continue to roll the roulade

Cut the roll into pieces the Edges I don't use (they quickly eat homemade)

Sliced ham or pork (Your choice) must be very thin to Roll each slice into a tube
