Potatoes in milk and cheese in the microwave
In 20-25 minutes You will cook incredibly delicious and hearty side dish: flavorful, tender and juicy potatoes with milk and cheese flavor. Mint gives the dish an interesting touch. Impossible to resist!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Milk

    120 ml

  • Dutch cheese

    80 g

  • Salt

  • Mint

  • Black pepper

  • Green onions

Potatoes peel and cut into thin slices (best with a mandolin grater). The thinner You slice, the faster the dish is cooked.

Grate on a fine grater cheese.

On the bottom of the form, suitable for microwave (I have a size 20 to 15) pour the 40 ml of milk. Put potatoes, sprinkle with salt, pepper and mint. Do not spare mint, a combination of mint and milk is very harmonious. Sprinkle with cheese. Repeat the same sequence until the end products (i.e. milk - potatoes - spices - cheese). I just turned a 3 "layer".

Cover with lid (be sure that the potatoes don't dry out) and cook in the microwave at a power of 1000 W 10-13 minutes. The potatoes should be soft, and milk to boil. Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
