Ceviche of equatoriana
My daughter stayed in Ecuador. Arrived in love with this country, this nation and the ceviche. In Ecuador, ceviche is prepared from any of the seafood. We prepared this dish according to the recipe of the family, which was visiting the daughter.

To get started, choose a nice not too frozen, even better, fresh, malacology white fish.
