Herring on old Polish
Pate herring with the addition of boiled pork skin with fat. The taste is neutral with an obvious taste of herring, good for tea, coffee, and just as a snack

Ingredients

  • Herring

    2 piece

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    0.33 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Bread

    1 slice

Brought to mind the ingredients until the pork skin is boiled. Herring freed from the seeds, peel boil eggs, cook onion

Boil the skins in salted water for 60 min.

Peel the Apple, remove the core

Run ingredients through a meat grinder and blenderm

Put in a jar, after rinsing them with boiling water and in the fridge. Output -7 bottles of 180 grams.
