This cake is not a dessert, as it may seem from the title. This is a very delicious and delicate potato gratin, bacon with a crust of mozzarella. Cooking this dish will take You very little time, and a pleasure to take for a long time.

Cooking
Wash potatoes and boil in the skin for about 20 minutes. Drain, peel, mash into a puree and RUB through a sieve (because of his laziness I didn't wipe, most importantly, to avoid lumps). Mix potatoes with sour cream and butter.
Brisket or who loves bacon (can use both salt and smoked) cut into small cubes.
Add it to the potatoes, season with salt and pepper. Want to spice up your favorite spices (I added nutmeg).
Cheese cut into round slices.
The resulting mass, put in heat-resistant molds (I have 2 left, but bigger). Lay cheese on top and bake on the grill for 8-10 minutes.
