Rustic cheese cake
This cake is not a dessert, as it may seem from the title. This is a very delicious and delicate potato gratin, bacon with a crust of mozzarella. Cooking this dish will take You very little time, and a pleasure to take for a long time.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    200 g

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Sour cream

    75 g

  • Brisket

    50 g

  • Mozzarella

    250 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

Wash potatoes and boil in the skin for about 20 minutes. Drain, peel, mash into a puree and RUB through a sieve (because of his laziness I didn't wipe, most importantly, to avoid lumps). Mix potatoes with sour cream and butter.

Brisket or who loves bacon (can use both salt and smoked) cut into small cubes.
