Cooking
Beat egg with 1 tbsp. of chopped peanuts.
Add oats, powdered sugar and cinnamon. All fry to a dry pan.
Lightly fried sunflower seeds.
Mix sunflower seeds and toasted flakes add a bit of salt.
Pour in the egg, crushed peanuts, mix well.
Lay on the molds, you can just put a spoon on baking paper or in the form of bars. Put to bake for 15 minutes in a hot oven.
The biscuits are ready. Good appetite and cheerfulness for the whole day!
