Cooking
Spinach cleaned and washed, dry it. If the leaves are large, cut. Tomatoes cut into halves.
Pine nuts fry in a well heated pan without oil
Onions purify and cut into thin rings. Then prepare the dressing. Mix the vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Add olive oil and a little bit of leek.
Spread on a plate of spinach, cherry tomatoes and mini mozzarella, the remaining onions. Sprinkle the salad with the pine nuts and pour dressing. The salad is ready. BON APPETIT!!!
