Salad with chicken breast and carrots
A simple and hearty salad with chicken breast and carrots. This salad is prepared very quickly. But, MAGGI seasoning for cooking tender chicken breast for a second with garlic and herbs gives the chicken a tantalizing flavor, a nice crust color and unique taste.

Ingredients

  • Seasoning

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Carrots

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

For cooking chicken I took the seasoning Maggi on the second tender chicken breast fillet with garlic and herbs. A unique way of preparing the leaves for frying without added oil helps to seal the juices inside the chicken fillet and fill it with a delicious aroma of garlic, combined with selected herbs and spices.
