Description

Anthill with prunes and walnuts
This weekend I needed a cake or cakes with a few words, something delicious and sweet! Baking a cake and wanted to make dessert with a minimal amount of flour. After seeing the store funnel cake, dessert for the weekend has been found. Ant I'm not that prepared for the first time, but first him and tried. 888 reading recipes, listening to 888 tips from relatives ( who also never cook this dessert), I still decided to cook. In my opinion, for the first time very well! Next time I'll be putting more prunes! Bon appetit, AA.

    440 g

  • Walnuts

    85 g

  • Semi-sweet red wine

    90 ml

  • Prunes

    90 g

  • Condensed milk

    365 g

  • Butter

    100 g

Cooking

step-0
Initially, you need to grind the cookies. And here's my first tip: do not pound the cookies with a rolling pin, do not try to break immediately the entire amount - no entries will not work, at least I did not succeed. Better to smash into pieces every liver separately. The result is saved time, effort, and most importantly, get the pieces the right size!
step-1
Prunes soaked in wine for an hour and a half, then pour the wine, cut the dried fruits into small pieces.
step-2
Grind walnuts. To do this, put the nuts in a paper bag and repeatedly rolled with a rolling pin.
step-3
Condensed milk to mix with the oil. Initially it is better to mix with a spatula, then when the mass becomes more homogeneous, wear gloves and mix the condensed milk until creamy state. Then stir the cream with a spatula until a soft mass.
step-4
Add in the cream part of the cookie, carefully stir with a spatula, add the nuts and prunes, mix again. Mix the ingredients in a deep bowl!!
step-5
Add remaining biscuits, nuts, prunes, wear gloves and knead "dough", until a homogeneous mass in consistency resembling clay.
step-6
Spread the prepared mixture in the form of a slide or slides. Leave in the refrigerator overnight. Bon appetit, AA.
