Today, as they say, for a snack, I offer You the simple version of seaweed salad, and, at the same time, the most beloved, which make most often. My husband says of him: "Eat the basins and thinner!" It contains only about 70 kcal per 100 g and, at the same time, in the presence of almost all the major vitamins, trace elements and minerals.

Ingredients

In this salad you can use pickled seaweed and even canned in the salad "far East" in the banks. I prefer to buy frozen. Boil cabbage for 15 minutes.
