Cooking
Curd grind with sugar, add eggs.
Add starch and mix well until smooth.
Visually divide the cheese into 4 pieces, 3/4 of the cottage cheese mixture, spread into prepared molds, filling them to half or a little more.
I did a part of casseroles in small silicone molds, and some - in an ordinary baking dish, which also needs a little butter and also fill half or 2/3.
In the remaining 1/4 of the cheese add 1 banana and mash all together until smooth.
Spread 1 tsp. banana cheese mixture on top of the curd mass or volume to fill the molds almost to the end.
Banana mash, add the condensed milk, I had condensed milk with cocoa, so I added 1 tsp of cocoa powder, if You have a regular condensed milk, add 2 tsp cocoa.
Here is a mixture obtained.
Spread 1 tsp. banana-chocolate mixture on top, gently leveling the surface.
Bake in preheated oven at 160-170 degrees. 30-40 min.
