Cooking
My arugula, dried with a towel, removes hard tails and put into a salad bowl.
Mozzarella cut into medium cubes.
For the filling mix the olive oil, soy sauce and the juice of half a lemon. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Combine all ingredients and gently stir. The salad is ready to serve!
