Easy to prepare and very tasty cookies.

Margarine
200 g

Sugar

Chicken egg

Jam
4 Tbsp

Powdered sugar
2 Tbsp
Cooking
Sugar and eggs vzbit in dense foam, add the softened margarine.
Add the flour, mix well.
Spread on a baking sheet and thinly spread with a knife.
Bake in a hot oven at a temperature of 220-240 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Will not overdry it!
The finished seams (they must bake 4-6) lubricate the jam and glue.
The bonded layers to put pressure on for 30-40 minutes.
Oppression remove and sprinkle the cookies with powdered sugar.
Cut into equal-size portions.
