Half a head of red cabbage finely cut. By the way, the name of the salad this cabbage has a direct relationship, but more on that later. Then shredded in a bowl.
The peas and immediately add to the cabbage, pre-drain the liquid.
Cucumbers cut into strips and also in a bowl.
Eggs boil, let cool and cut as you like, I cut cubes, you can save time and grate (but better cubes, then it becomes clear why the salad is called "Zelenka").
Greens finely chop and all in the same bowl.
Now add mayonnaise, salt, pepper, a seasoning for salad and stir.
Here the most interesting! Allow to stand for salad just a couple of minutes, then stir again and... the eggs turn green!!! Thanks to the sprouts, they acquire such an unusual color. When my husband saw green eggs, asked if I painted them with green paint ))), and then came the idea to call this salad is "green" )))
