Banana meringue dessert
Sweet tooth, like me, dedicated. Dessert delicious, but very sweet. For the idea thanks to Nina Niksya.

Ingredients

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Vanilla

  • Butter

    1 tsp

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Condensed milk

    200 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Banana

    4 piece

Cooking

The first layer we have the banana. The ingredients for it. Lemon juice diluted in water.

Icing sugar mixed with water and lemon juice. Cook until liquid caramel.

Now add the chopped bananas. Keep frying for 2-3 mins But the bananas should not be too soft. To shift in form. I have a form 25*19,5*4,5.

Ingredients for the custard.

Milk, condensed milk, yolks and starch, put in a saucepan. Stir and cook until thick cream. Remove from heat, put the vanilla, butter and stir until smooth.

Gently spread the cream on top of bananas.

To make the meringue to firm peaks. Do not be afraid that the powdered sugar a little. The meringue will get what you need.

Gently spread the meringue on top of custard.

Place in oven and bake at t = 160 until Golden brown.
