Who doesn't like lamb, prepare the Turkey this way, love both :) the amount of time and movements, and the result is juicy, flavorful, delicious meat! And if we consider that Turkey is cheaper than lamb twice, doubts disappear as quickly as the meat in the plate.

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    1300 g

  • Rosemary

    2 tsp

  • Thyme

    2 tsp

  • Salt

It's very simple and fast. The thigh of the Turkey wash. No matter what it will weight, most importantly, to fit in a slow cooker, if you cook in it. My piece was 1300 grams. If the meat from the bone, then cook it in the broth or just cut and weld. :)

Sprinkle with spices (they give then the taste of lamb!). Remove in the package and in the fridge for an hour (better overnight). I marinated 2 days. You can still lard with garlic, carrot.

After marinating lay the meat in the slow cooker and turn on the "Baking" for an hour. After an hour turn the meat again and turn on the hour.

Just like we get delicious, juicy meat. The minimum preparation time, you can marinate and let it lie in the fridge, waiting in the wings (within reason) :) Included a slow cooker or the oven and forgotten for 2 hours! Bon appetit!
