The potatoes cook to readiness
Cabbage cut into florets and cook in steamer for 10-15 minutes
Mash the potatoes and cabbage in the mashed potatoes, add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
Cream beat with a mixer until stiff peaks
Add cream to puree and try for salt
Puree with a mixer until a homogeneous air mass
Serve as a side dish or a separate dish
