The syrup has a distinct lavender scent, the sweet, slightly tart taste. Perfect for preparation of various desserts, as watering ice cream/curd/o ladies and other favorite Goodies. It produces a fragrant tea, is just to add a couple of spoonfuls in with your favorite tea.

The recipe is extremely simple))) Take water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add the sugar.
And lavender. Boil to dissolve the sugar. Leave to infuse for 25-30 minutes and filtered. Bring to the boil again and pour into jars. Stored in the refrigerator.
