Once saw something similar, and decided to try it with improvised products. Perfect for the holiday table, but then, of course, have a little upgrade. And this is me just practicing.

Take a small Cup and spread it with foil. (Of course, the better film, but I have too long nails :))
Now the pieces of salmon spread in a Cup, and so they closed the bottom.
