Cooking
The oven include warm up t 180 degrees. Small coat the baking pan with baking paper. Prepare the necessary components of cereals. Crush the peanuts with a knife or in a blender to a coarse crumbs, dates remove the bones (the weight I pointed out already pitted), apricots and raisins pour hot water and leave for 5-10 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix cereals "5 grains", cinnamon, chopped peanuts, coconut flakes. With raisins and dried apricots, and pour out the water, dry fruits dry. Dried apricots and dates finely chop with a knife. Spread prepared dried fruit to the cereal and mix everything, what would the dried fruit evenly distributed in the mixture.
In a small saucepan mix peanut butter, honey, maple syrup and olive oil. Warmed the mixture on very low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth. The mixture does NOT BOIL! Pour the resulting syrup into a cereal.
Stir liquid and dry ingredients. Cereals should be evenly wetted and soak up the syrup, plenty sticky, but not wet.
Trying to sculpt one marble if the mass crumbles in his hand, then add more liquid honey. To me this is not needed, the balls are perfectly molded. Get 26 balls weighing 30-32 grams each.
Bake beads in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until lightly Browning. During baking the balls a couple of times to turn from side to side-so they are evenly browned.
Remove balls from baking sheet and allow to cool at room t.
