Cooking
Preheat the oven to 190 hodusov. Biscuits grind in a food processor.
Add the melted butter and sugar Mistral. Mix until smooth.
Complete and distribute the weight evenly, the shape of the tartlets. Bake 4 - 5 minutes at 190град. or until Golden brown. Cool base and get out of shape.
Prepare a Kurd from kiwi. Ripe kiwifruit wash and peel. Strain the peeled fruit through a colander. Set aside a little kiwi seeds are to be used then as decorations. We should have 3/4 Cup puree green seedless.
Add to puree the sugar, Mistral and lemon juice. Pour the puree in a saucepan and put on medium heat. Whisk eggs together with egg yolks, then add to the kiwi mixture. Add the butter and stir. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Approximately 10-15 minutes. Don't let it boil. If desired, add one drop of green food coloring for more vivid colors. I did not add it.
Strain the curd through a sieve. Cool slightly and fill a Kurd tartlets. On top sprinkle (postponed in advance) by kiwi seeds and send the tartlets with the cream in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Ready tartlets decorate with fresh strawberries.
