Cooking
Plum wash, dry, cut in half and remove the bone. lay halved plums on a baking tray covered with baking paper (I have foil).
Garlic peel and cut into thin strips. In each half of plums put a pinch of herbs, a little garlic and salt, drizzle with olive oil. I have oregano, rosemary and Basil, you can also use thyme, marjoram. Place the baking tray in a preheated 100 degree oven for 5-6 hours.
Dried plums are ready to put in a clean jar, pour the hot vegetable oil and put into the refrigerator. I got 0,25 jar.
