The corners of the dough with the chocolate
Made this dish for the first time. Like the whole family. Really high in calories just to distraction!!! But the celebration must be even the stomach!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Starch

    50 g

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    1 pack

  • Margarine

Cooking

Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add eggs and mix again.

Grind the nuts.

Mix flour with starch, nuts and cinnamon.

A mixture of flour, one spoon, pour, without ceasing to stir in the egg. Whisk the protein.

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Grease form a thin layer spread our dough on the pan and put into hot oven.(I think that is better to take not the form for cupcakes, they took this time to me and not a very large baking pan - it will fit much better)Now begin to observe the oven. Through 3-4 minutes looking at our dough - if it privatises tverden crust, we get it and on top of this layer spread next thin layer. And back in the oven! Continue until all the dough is spent.

Melted in hot milk chocolate ( I did this in the microwave). Now give the mixture cool. After cooling, you can send in the fridge for 10 minutes. To the cooled mixture add dry creamer (pack of 1 just for 150 ml of milk)and whisk 2 minutes. I'm not specifically brought to the splendor to make it sweet, but not whipped cream.

Get prepared "cupcake", allow to cool, remove and cut into triangles (the layer of sand and very brittle).
