Milk-Apple mousse with vanilla flavor
Autumn is the season of apples. Apples is not only a delicious fruit that you can eat. Apples are an excellent basis for many recipes. I suggest you treat yourself and your loved ones with gentle, airy desserts with vanilla flavor. Fast, very easy to prepare and insanely delicious dessert.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Apple

    300 g

  • Sugar

    75 g

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Gelatin

    3 tsp

  • Pomegranate juice

    5 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Coconut shavings

Cooking

Cover the gelatine with cold water, leave for a few minutes for the swelling.

Apples wash, peel, remove the core with seeds and cut into big pieces.

Add to apples 5 tbsp pomegranate juice, sugar and beat with a blender until smooth.

Milk heat in the microwave for 30 seconds at full power (800).

Swollen gelatin to heat up in the microwave for 40 seconds at medium power (360), until it is completely dissolved (in any case do not let it boil).

Pour gelatin into the hot milk, add some vanilla and mix thoroughly.

Pour the Apple mixture with milk jelly.

Spread Apple mass in portions molds, decorate with slices of fruit, sprinkle with coconut and leave to cool. Cooled quickly. Bon appetit!
