Cooking
Mix cottage cheese with raisins, semolina and egg and leave to stand for 15 minutes.
From apples to cut the bonnet and remove the pulp from midway.
Put inside 0.5 teaspoon of brown Demerara sugar.
Fill the apples with cottage cheese with semolina, sprinkle with 0.5 tsp. of brown sugar and cinnamon.
Spread on a sheet on the bottom to pour a little water to not burn. Put in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Apples ready to take out, sprinkle with powdered sugar with cinnamon.
Decorate the plate with syrup and arrange the apples. Bon appetit!
