Shells
The recipe I saw on TV, and I liked it for its simplicity. Simple cooking, and the food is quite affordable to everyone, but in the taste I do not doubt. Perhaps the Italian dishes are tasty? Try it and see for yourself.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    150 g

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green onions

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Sauce

    2 cup

  • Parmesan

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Required products + olive oil.

Aubergine, zucchini, Bulgarian pepper cut into strips.

Onions cut into thin half-rings, garlic finely chop.

Green onions finely chop.

Boil shells as directed on package.

Fry the onions in olive oil until light Golden brown and add diced vegetables. Simmer for 10 minutes until soft (do not add salt to vegetables, let the juice ahead of time).

Add tomato sauce and finely chopped garlic. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little water. Mix everything and saute for 5-7 minutes.

Drain the water from the shells and add them to the vegetables with the tomato sauce, mix gently and sauté on a slow fire for 10 more minutes.

At the very end add salt, pepper to taste and sprinkle with green onions. Turn off the heat, cover and infuse.

Before serving, sprinkle the dish with Parmesan cheese and garnish with green onions. Bon appetit!
