Cooking
Separate the yolks from the whites.
The squirrels off to the side, and RUB the yolks with sugar and butter.
Next add the milk and stir until smooth.
Pour all the flour, vanilla, baking powder and knead the dough consistency as pancakes.
Then whisk the whites with the salt in a very solid foam.
Put whites into the batter and gently stir.
The dough is ready, now well warmed baking dish and pour the batter into the pan. I baked in electrovalence, but if you have a form for the oven in them, too.
Serve with ice cream or just watering some syrup, also delicious with jam or marmalade. Waffles are very soft and delicious! Enjoy your tea!
