So, pre-soak gelatine in water according to instructions. Take the milk product is selected (I most of all love varenets, especially thick, like homemade), add honey (if thick, a little melt in the microwave) and melted gelatin.
Divide the mixture into several parts (the number of colors) and add each food coloring, slightly diluted with water (just a teaspoon). I have food coloring, according to the promises on the packaging, natural - turmeric, sugar color and still some. But if you are against such dyes, it is possible to take supernaturalnoy - beet juice, turmeric etc.
The whites of three large eggs and beat for about 3 minutes, until stable peaks. Gently spoon add proteins within each colored portion and mix from the bottom up.
