Spicy pork puffs
Simple to prepare, with a very spicy and creamy taste pork puffs variety to your lunch. It's delicious, soft, creamy. And pickles of TM "6 acres" will give an unusual twist.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

The flesh wash, dry with paper towel, put in plastic bag and slightly freeze. This will allow us to slice the meat thin, almost equal pieces. There should be an even number. Slightly repel, pepper and salt. Form grease with oil and lay in single layer, half of the pieces.

In a bowl put the cheese, grated on a fine grater egg, garlic and pickles TM 6 sotok. Mix well until smooth.

Put the ground pork and flatten, leaving a little to the brim.

Put the remaining pieces, one on top of the filling and squeeze a little meat on the edges. Spread the top with mayonnaise. Pour a little water in the form.

Bake in a hot oven at 180*C for about 30 min. All depends on the thickness and quality of the meat. It should freely protectice toothpick.
