Cooking
Beat the egg with sugar, add oil, honey, ginger, baking powder and sifted flour. Knead the dough and divide into 2 parts.
Roll the dough out to a thickness of 0.5 cm Cut molds hearts. Or any other figures (and then I have when the cookie was ready, the child was asked: "where are the fish? rabbits? etc :-D ).
Baking tray lay a baking paper, lay out our hearts. Grease the paper does not have. From all test 2 turns of the pan.
Bake for 12 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove from the oven and leave cookies to cool on the baking sheet.
For the icing melt a bar of dark chocolate in the microwave (if no microwave, then in a water bath).
Grease with a brush the cooled cookies on a single baking sheet dark chocolate.
And on the second baking sheet white chocolate.
Put two baking trays in fridge for 15 minutes so the chocolate froze. Then spread on a dish. Ready!
