Air jelly strawberry
Cooking a dessert of strawberries as simple: berry puree mixed with gelatin and whipped in a blender. Thanks to lemon juice strawberry dessert is not cloyingly sweet, and the combination of strawberry and mint flavor is just amazing. After curing gives a very lush, airy and light weight, which is impossible to break.

Ingredients

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    350 ml

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Lemon juice

    20 ml

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Mint

    1 coup

Strawberries wash and peel. Mint leaves wash and dry. In the bowl of a blender combine the strawberries and mint.

Whisk until smooth.

In a saucepan with a thick bottom to shift the strawberry puree, add sugar and lemon juice. On low heat bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Gelatin pour a small amount of water and leave to swell for 10 minutes.

Shift swollen gelatin into the hot strawberry puree and stir until dissolved. Do not boil!

Leave the mass to cool down. When the jelly a little "grab", whip it in a blender at high speed. You need to stir them at least 10 minutes, lots of much white and a little increase in volume.

Shift whipped strawberry jello in bowl, place in the refrigerator for several hours until fully cured. Frozen jelly to decorate and can be served for dessert. Help yourself!
