Cooking
Two cups to plant starch: 1 tablespoon in 50 ml of cold milk, and 1 tablespoon in 50 ml. of cold water
In the remaining 150 ml. of water dissolve 2 tbsp of jam "Forest berry" and bring to the boil
Ginger grate and squeeze the juice
Add ginger juice and finely worn the lemon zest to the boiling jam, add diluted starch, stirring quickly to bring until thick and remove from heat
The rest of the milk 150 ml sugar bring to a boil, add the dissolved starch, stirring well to bring until thick
Pour the jelly layers portioned cups
