Berry-milk pudding
Delicious sweet striped dessert, which intertwines delicate taste and bright spicy berry-ginger layer of low-calorie jam from Darbo "Forest berry". Delicious delicate and light dessert that will make it possible to finish a family meal.

Ingredients

    200 ml

    200 ml

  • Jam

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

Two cups to plant starch: 1 tablespoon in 50 ml of cold milk, and 1 tablespoon in 50 ml. of cold water

In the remaining 150 ml. of water dissolve 2 tbsp of jam "Forest berry" and bring to the boil

Ginger grate and squeeze the juice

Add ginger juice and finely worn the lemon zest to the boiling jam, add diluted starch, stirring quickly to bring until thick and remove from heat
