Omelet
If you cook the omelette in a classic way with milk and add the semolina - it becomes incredibly tender. Its structure is more like a souffle than the omelet. But the taste is so wonderful!!! You'll love it!

Ingredients

  • Porridge

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Butter

You can use the ready cooked porridge, even yesterday's (if she left). Heated porridge is tasteless, and in this omelet it will be amazing!. But if the finished porridge is not - then it needs to be cooked. I cook porridge in the following proportions: 1 liter of milk, 5 tablespoons of semolina, 1 tsp salt, 3 tbsp of sugar. For this dish I used semolina TM "Mistral". So, measure out the desired amount of cereal, mix it with salt and sugar

In the boiling milk, stirring constantly with a whisk, slowly add grits and cook for 5-10 minutes until thick.

For the omelet measure out 1/2 Cup of semolina 1 serving (prepared and slightly cooled)

In a bowl break 2 eggs, add a pinch of salt, whisk slightly

Add semolina, stir with a whisk until smooth

Melt in the pan butter

Pour onlynow mixture fire switch to minimum and cover with a lid, cook approximately 15 minutes.

Put on a plate, gameroom. The taste of this omelet is moderate - moderately sweet and moderately salty - so it can be submitted as bacon and vegetables, and watering jam. I chose the first option
